Use the Endorsement Only Application to:

• Add an endorsement area to an Associate Educator License or Professional Educator License that you currently hold
• Add a College & Career Readiness certificate to your School Counselor license area
• Upgrade an associate level endorsement to a professional level endorsement when you have completed the professional requirements 
• Complete an Associate Educator License (AEL) application for a Secondary or CTE license area
• Request an endorsement competency evaluation for an APPEL program

If you do not have a Utah educator license, apply using the Associate Educator License application if you do not have a license out-of-state or the License Equivalency Review application if you have a license from outside Utah.
