An out-of-state license
An international license
A professional or occupational license (e.g., NASP NCSP for School Psychologists, ASHA CCC for Speech- Language Pathologists)
Use this application to submit documentation that you have completed the requirements to upgrade an Associate Educator License to a Professional Educator License.
Do not use this application if you:
Have a Professional Educator License and want to upgrade an Associate Endorsement. Use the Endorsement Only Application in SM Apply.
Have an Associate Educator License from Utah and have never held a license in another state or country. Contact your APPEL coordinator or your University program.
Are upgrading an LEA-Specific license to an Associate or Professional License. Contact USBE Educator Licensing at (801) 538-7500.
